We take pride in handcrafting each piece with utmost care. Should your purchase not exceed your expectations, here’s how we ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges — Timeframe

  • Returns : Acceptable within 7 days from delivery

  • Exchanges : Offered for items of equal or greater value within the same 7‑day window.

  • Custom or bespoke items : Not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition.

  • Original packaging, accompanying accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.

  • Items with customization (stone size, engraving, color changes, etc.) are non‑returnable unless due to defect.

How to Initiate the Process
  1. Email us at returns.leelahcluxury@gmail.com within the 7‑day timeframe.

  2. Include your order number, item name, photos of the product (especially if there’s an issue), and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including the return shipping address.

Refunds
  • Inspected and approved items will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
  • Upon approval, we will dispatch your exchanged item within 3 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using tracked and insured shipping to ensure safe return.

Exceptions & Special Conditions
  • Final Sale Items (e.g., heavily discounted or “sale” pieces) are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.

  • Crafted pieces that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted.

  • If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or full refund - simply inform us within 7 days of receipt.

Duty, Tax, and International Returns
  • For international orders, customs duties or import taxes paid are non‑refundable.

  • Any return shipping costs from international locations are customer responsibility unless we approve an exception due to a defect.
