Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping within India on orders above [1000 Rs.].

International Shipping
  • We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by country but typically take 10–15 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • **Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website.

Delays & Responsibility
  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (customs delays, courier issues, strikes, or natural events) may occasionally cause delays.

  • Leela Handcrafted Luxury is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

Packaging
  • All items are securely packed in signature Leela Handcrafted Luxury packaging, ensuring safety during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@leelaluxury.com](mailto:support@leelaluxury.com) with photographs of the parcel and product.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

  • In cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses, re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain countries may have restrictions on importing jewellery, apparel, or other products — customers are advised to check their local regulations before ordering.
