  • Each item is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur — these are not considered defects but a reflection of artisanal craftsmanship.

  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display of color will be exact.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and offer an exchange or full refund.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) for India and may be displayed in USD (\$) or other currencies for international customers.

  • Prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable) but exclusive of shipping charges, customs duties, and international taxes.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout through approved payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

  • Domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, while international delivery may take 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
